* When did you decide to become a chef? I was 21 when I came to this country and stepped into a kitchen for the first time. I had a vision that this is something different for me.
* What is your signature dish? Chicken Francese
* What is your favorite or least favorite dish to prepare? Favorite: Seafood Medley Most Complex: Homemade mozzarella squares
* How do you describe your overall cooking philosophy? Watching over chefs cooking skills and then practicing to create my own skill set.

* Biggest struggle as a chef: Having too high of expectations of myself and then being too hard on myself.
